As fall 2025 approached, Markham Fence transformed the yard of a homeowner near what used to be Buttonville Airport by expertly prepping the area for a new cedar privacy fence stretching 60 feet.  Our team began in mid-September, clearing away over 12 cubic yards of fallen leaves and debris from the property bordering Angus Glen Golf Club. We took care to ensure roots planted under the nearby Rouge River floodplain weren’t disturbed. To reduce safety concerns, in collaboration with the homeowner we relocated two birdhouses and installed temporary safety padding around the remaining mature maple just west of Pacific Mall. Throughout the process, we maintained communication—daily check-ins—so everything was aligned for an efficient installation before the first frost arrived.
